Grace's 4th Birthday

My little Gracie turned 4 last Thursday. I really can not believe that it has been four years since I have had a baby. She acts like she is 12 at times and then other times she thinks she is 1 again. Especially when it comes to bed time. She does sleep with us still. I know, I know this is not good for her or us, but I don't care. I NEED sleep and I am not ready to do a week w/o it! She doesn't bother me anyways she sucks up to her Daddy. She is a "BIG" Daddy's girl. She has been sleeping with us since she was about 14mos. old. Every year at her birthday she will say that she will start sleeping in her room when she turns the next age coming. Well the other night she just told her Daddy that she would sleep in her own bed when she turns 6. She just skipped 5 and went right to 6. Every year I say I don't think so and then every year she is still in our bed. I guess on the bright side of things if she is still there when she is 17 that will be a good thing.
We have definitely been blessed by our little girl. God has placed her in our family right where he wants her and we have learned a lot from her.

These are the shoes that she got for her birthday. She LOVES shoes! That was actually the first word she said. I am not joking! She had these lined up just like this and was checking all of them out.

Yes, We went to Build-A-Bear AGAIN!! I wish they would quit getting new bears then we would not have to go back! She picked out the Hannah Montana bear this time and even wanted the wig for it. Whatever!!

This is just to precious! Like I said she LOVES her Daddy! He gets these quite often.

We had VBS the night of her birthday so afterwards we went to g-ma Ellen's and she had made tiny cakes for everyone. I forgot the candles so we had to use a tea light for her to blow out.

She had a Wonder Woman birthday party! I do not think any of her little girl friends knew who this was, but since she has two older brothers she know who all of the super hero's are. (I made the cake I do have to say)

We finished it off with a little pinata fun. She knows how to whack that thing!
