We headed out to the pumpkin patch or maybe I should say "In the sticks Amusement Park" aka "Walter's Pumpkin Patch" It was a lot of fun and very crowded. I think everyone in the surranding counties thought it would be a great day for the PP as well. We have been very spoiled in the past being able to go during the week when everyone is at school or work. But, this year not the case since Daddy has a full time job. So, out we went with all other 2000 people to have a great time.
I just LOVE the atmosphere of the pumpkin patch. I love the smell of the fire burning, the walk or ride out to the pumpkin patch, and just the "Fall feeling". If you have not been out to the "patch", get going, it is a lot of fun!
Train ride! Look at my Jonah. He is getting so big!
Fun playing in the hay bails!
This was to cute. The boys wanted to climb this rope to the top of the platform. Of Course!! Well, then little sister wanted to do it. Daddy, was not very crazy about this at all. He kept saying,"Don't let her climb up here it is to tall for her". She was not going to listen to him. She is very independent and was going to climb this rope and get to her daddy and brothers.
Brother was very proud of her for climbing the rope. Daddy is checking his "Fantasy Football" score in the background. He is not use to being away from the computer or TV on Sunday afternoons. LOL!!
Grace on the Pony swing. Daddy was spinning her in circles and then letting go. She was laughing soooo hard!
Caleb on the sack swing.

It looks like you guys had a great day!! We usually get pumpkins at Wal-mart too. But, this year daddy got caught up in the moment and let the kids pick out their pumpkins at the patch. Yes, they did cost a small fortune. We ended up with 80 lbs of pumpkins and spent just under $40.00. CRAZY!!!!
There's nothing silly about shopping at Wal-mart;) We haven't made it to the pumpkin patch yet. Porsha and I will go with her class on Wednesday, but I hope all of us can make it some other day.
Love Ernie checking his Fantasy at the patch... I know someone else who would be doing the SAME thing.
