We took a little trip just about 30min. from our house to do a little fishing and a hot dog cook-out. Ernie had done a job for a guy and he wanted him to go down to his land and check his pump again and told us to feed the horses and do a little fishing. I love to go fishing especially when it was a night like we had. I do not like to fish out when it is really hot. This was soo relaxing to me. It was another one of those moments that I can just sit and be in AWW from all of the wonders God has made.

Uncle Neil and cousin Lauren went with us.

Jonah was the one with the biggest catch. He was really proud of himself.

My little Gracie who LOVES shoes thought that she just had to wear these fancy sandals while she was fishing. Our friend Nicole gave these to her and I always tell Nicole that I do not think these shoes were made for everything Grace has put them through.

I am not sure the shoes will survive the fishing trip. She got stuck in the mud with them.

Her Daddy had to come out and pull her out of the mud!

Daddy got a little Football practice in with both boys while we waited on the hot dogs to cook.

I was trying to get a picture with all of the dirt on her face.

We also got to ride around on a 4-wheeler. Needless to say my boys were having a great time and it did not cost me a cent. Just goes to show that we do not always have to go somewhere and spend a fortune for our kids to have a great time. Just take them fishing!

Ernie & Lisa,
You and God have built an incredible family. One of the best blessings of my life is getting to be part of your childrens lives. You and your family will always be in our prayers. I've been in the nursery/Sunday School through all of your kids. Precious moments. It is really hard to type through tears - very happy tears. Love always, Karen
