My first born child has turned "9". No, I can not believe it! I can not figure out which one is harder to get use to. My first born turning 9 or my baby being 4. Which ever one I think about I know that I am getting older. This year we let Jonah have a sleep over with two of his friends. They were really easy and well behaved. They just played games, watched movies, and ate! I am only praying that it will be this easy when his sister wants a sleep over. We did a G.I.Joe theme. I made his cake, but did not do so well with the camo part. I think the cake looked disgusting, but everyone thought it tasted good. After, his friends went home we had the family come out for cake and ice cream.
We gave Jonah his very own puppy for his birthday. He got him about two weeks ago so we bought some puppy things for him to unwrap at his birthday party. He named him "Ace" he is 1/2 Border Collie and 1/2 Hanging Tree. Yes, there is such a dog. You should goggle it!
These were his friends that came and stayed the night with him. One boy we play sports with and the other we go to church with.
